TUSCANY JEWELERS’ PURCHASE POLICY

You may purchase any item, from our website, by the following methods of payment.
· VISA/MASTERCARD
· DISCOVER
· AMERICAN EXPRESS
· BANK WIRE TRANSFER
· PERSONAL CHECK*, BANK CHECK, CERTIFIED CHECK.
· MONEY ORDER.

*Please allow 10 business days for all personal checks to be cleared before items purchased are shipped or order is processed.

SALES TAX WILL APPLY TO TEXAS RESIDENTS ONLY.
FOR OVERSEAS ORDER, PLEASE CALL US OR EMAIL US BEFORE PURCHASING FOR DETAILS.

Orders may be placed either by phone at 1-972-668-1949 during our business hours, 10a.m -8p.m CST Monday thru Saturday and 12p.m-6.00p.m CST on Sundays. However you may order anytime online. If you need further details or descriptions regarding a certain item you are interested in purchasing, you may contact us at info@tuscanyjewelers.com with your name, telephone number, best time to call you, the item or items you are interested in along with the product number, and we will contact you for further assistance within 48 hours.

HOLIDAY’S EXTENDED RETURN POLICY.
Purchases made between December 15th, 2005 and December 24th, 2005, will have an extended return policy. The item must be postmarked on or before January 10th, 2006 for proper credit or exchange.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY.
We, at Tuscany Jewelers, are dedicated to make your online purchase convenient and stress free. We want you to be just as happy and satisfied with your purchase as we are while displaying and selling it. If for some reason, you are not satisfied with the same, please contact us immediately at 1-972-668-1949 to discuss a possible exchange. At that time, if you still decide to return the item, we will issue you a credit refund code. You must postmark the return package to us within 10 days, starting from the date of receipt. For instance, item received on February 14th, 2005 should be postmarked on or before February 24th, 2005 for refund or credit. Items shipped after the 10-days’ deadline will not qualify for refund/ exchange or credit.
The package must be returned with original invoice, tags attached in original condition to the items and the credit refund code along with any accompanying certificates or appraisals, to the following address:

Every returned merchandise is then inspected to ensure that the item received is in fact the item that was originally shipped, before processing the refund. The proper refund is then issued within 7 days of receipt upon satisfactory inspection.

To insure proper and safe shipping, please follow the following few steps:
· Use a box instead of envelope to avoid any obvious signs of being jewelry.
· The safest and most economical way to ship the merchandise back to us would be Registered Mail with USPS, fully insured for the amount paid for the item. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages on the return.
· Include all original invoices, and accompanying documents (e.g certificates, appraisals etc.). The item should have the company tag attached to it in its original form and not have been removed.
This will ensure proper and prompt credit.

CREDITS:
Two forms of refunds are used by our company.

Purchases made by credit card will be issued a credit back to the same card used at the time of purchase. All other forms of payments will be issued a refund in the form of a company check.

Charges not refundable are as follows. (see invoice for complete details).
· Shipping and Handling charges based on purchase price including insurance coverage.
· Restocking fees. (15% or more as per mentioned on purchase receipt in detail).
· Alteration charges (if any, e.g ring sizing, metal changes upon customer request, or any adjustments made to alter the original form of the jewelry to fit customer’s individual needs.)
· Original receipt, certificates and appraisal charges if not returned with item.

NON-REFUNDABLE / NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS.
· Items that are customized or ordered upon special request of customer, not part of our displayed inventory on the website.
· Items that have been worn, altered/ damaged or changed in any form or manner after being received by the purchaser.
· We guarantee that all our diamonds are 100% natural and have not been treated in any ways or means unless specified clearly on the title and the description of the item.
· All items are carefully examined and plotted by expert jewelers before shipping and unique features of the items including the stones is noted and kept on file.
· This procedure is very important when it comes to accepting returns, as the items are cross checked and carefully examined by the trained jewelers to ensure that the same item returned is in fact the original item shipped.
· UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ANY EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.

STATEMENT OF VALUE/APPRAISALS:
If you decide to keep the item purchased, we can provide you with a personalized statement of value (for insurance purposes only). You may contact us or email us for further details.

SHIPPING:
Shipping and Handling charges are assessed by the amount of purchase. Insurance against theft or loss during shipping will be extra and will be based on purchase price as well. Some examples for shipping within United States are as follows. These rates may vary depending on individual shipping conditions.

Shipping outside United States of America will incur additional charges. Please call for details.

We use the following two methods of shipping.
1) US POSTAL SERVICE: Registered mail, fully insured and return receipt requested. Delivery time may vary and is decided at the time of shipping according to need of customer and convenience. Normal shipping is between 2-3 business days.
2) FEDERAL EXPRESS: Fully insured. Overnight or 2-day delivery available. Charges are assessed at time of shipping and added to the purchase price.

An email is sent to you prior to shipping with exact date and time of delivery and confirmation of address shipped.
